CRYSTALBROOK VINCENT

This iconic art series hotel, centrally located in the Howard Smith Wharves dining and entertainment precinct, features over 500 pieces of the esteemed Australian artist Vincent Fantauzzo’s artworks.

On this unique project, we worked closely with our client to deliver first-class solutions that match the hotel’s boutique focus and committment to sustainability. Within the Crystalbrook Vincent, we provided discreet VRF air conditioning solutions for 166 boutique rooms, along with BMS, ventilation and preconditioning solutions for the hotel’s numerous kitchens, common areas, function spaces, and commercial tenancies.
