Coogee Chemicals

Coogee Chemicals required the installation of a new screw chiller to replace one of two existing, aged quad reciprocating chillers that were inefficient, unreliable and costly to maintain. It was important that the new replacement chiller also delivered an additional 20% capacity.

Following the installation of this chiller, the Navaska team also supplied a second VSD Centrifugal Chiller to compliment it. As a result, Coogee Chemicals enjoyed 39% more capacity and with VSD control and their plant could easily cater for peak demands, yet still efficiently cater for low demand periods.
