Tattersalls Club

The Tattersalls Club is a Brisbane institution with its origins dating back to 1865. Any venue with this much history faces unique challenges when it comes to maintaining legacy electrical and mechanical systems.

Our team at Navaska worked with the Tattersalls Club to update the venue’s systems with more modern solutions including replacing two aging chiller units, both over 20 years old. In their place, we installed central air-conditioning across the venue using two new Climaveneta chillers – each with a cooling capacity of 410.0kW.

This project presented unique challenges including access difficulties and the need to undertake the project out of work hours to accommodate the street closures required to gain crane access. With our innovative approach, we were able to achieve great results for our clients and minimise disruption to their business.
